Do You Want to Help Freddy Record His Album?

If you've been listening to Kidd Kraddick in the Morning for the past week and a half, you know about Freddy. Well, the Freddy Needs Gas Tour is over, and as I predicted, Freddy was seriously let down. Honestly, you don't make a big deal nationally about a talented musician and follow him from Pennsylvania to Texas just to have him talk and sing live in-studio for one hour without some sort of greater payoff. The Freddy Needs Gas Tour was interesting, entertaining, but not rewarding.
So, Freddy and Kidd talk. Whether it was Freddy's idea or Kidd's, doesn't matter. Regardless, Freddy posed the idea to Kidd on the air Monday morning of recording his album here in DFW and letting the KKITM fans vote on each song, the album art, etc. In other words, Freddy wants to be the UGC (user generated content) of the music industry.
Not a bad idea for media attention and publicity. He's already been contacted by a major record label since the Gas Tour began. He has that open door waiting for an answer as well. So, the question Kidd Kraddick has posed to you, his listeners, is this: Do you want to participate in the making of Freddy's album?
It's a simple question. Do you care enough about Freddy's career to help him out and make him a star? Do you want to participate in the process? And finally, wil you feel a sense of loyalty and ownership if he stays and you contribute your voice every step of the way?
Questions worth asking. Freddy, if you're out there, and you're reading this, I'd like to get your thoughts.

Hey my name is audrey and I would love to help out in anyway I have a brother who has kick ass drawings and can draw whatever you need, my sister is a hair dresser my old computer teacher helped a group of girls make their first cd so I think he could be a lot of help, I can design clothes and almost anything you need plus I guess I can quote “sing” why quote cuz I don’t think I can but everybody else seems to think otherwise but anyways yeah my number is 8308227336 if I don’t answer leave a message or send me an email k I live in beeville tx so hopefully I can help yall out

My names Jessica, I live in the metroplex and I’d like to help out Freddy. I know you guys really need people that know how to do the big jobs to make an album. But I’m really good at advertising shows. I could help to publicize Freddy’s different concerts. He seems like a really cool genuine guy and I’d like to help anyway you guys want me to.

I have a son, 20yrs old, attending Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA (2nd yr student; Sophmore status)in Music Education. My son is a fantastic drummer and plays multiple percussion instruments as well as SET. He is versitile & plays a variety of types of music including Rock, Jazz & Swing. I think he would be awesome as Freddy’s Drummer for the Record. I’m emailing him to see if he already scheduled summer classes, as he intended. My son has also had many adversities in his life, has a high level of Integrity & Perserverance; & between 8th & 9th Grades (June 2002; less than a yr after Sept 11th) he traveled to Western Europe & England as a Student Ambassador representing our country (USA) when lots were afraid to travel across the U.S. My son also writes & transcribes music on 2 software programs. I think the two boys would get along & support each other nicely and Freddy’s parents would be fine with my son joining the ensemble. We have money issues also. I’m usually pretty good at creative finance to make positive opportunities happen for my children.

Dear, freddy I was hearing that you need concept about your video well i think you should act like your sleeping on a desk and your dreaming an all sudden your in the sky floaten around playing your song gravity and thinking about that chick who has u up in the air love Julia youre #!

When I listen to Freddys song. Somthing real tour song. I picture a video of all the gang in this. The video is kind of cartoonish like a video game and you all are doing funny motions while acting out what the song is saying. During the chorus of the song the gang is dancing silly in the studio knowing that he is the real deal. When Freddy is singing the parts of himself he is acting that out.
