		<description>In my opinion, being brilliant at something does not give you carte blanche to be an a**.  If he treats his assistants that way, then his assitants have to let off their steam somewhere, and the people they explode at will then have to explode on someone else, and the vicious cycle continues to perpetuate frustrated and angry people.  To each their own, but I have never watched reality TV because it simply thrives on creating conflict between people, and I have enough conflict in my everyday life.  I don&#039;t need to go look for it in my attempts to momentarily escape from that life.</description>
