I'm pretty excited about June Jones being at the helm this year. He did amazing things at Hawaii and I, for one, am excited to see my school possibly stop sucking it up. I have to say, last season was bad--we only won one game, against UNT I might add!!--but the losses were not the blowouts of years past. They at least put up a respectable fight as they racked up numbers in the L column. Jones cleaned house too...gone is the quarterback who couldn't throw (I got really sick of the phrase "quarterback keeper," though the kid dug his own grave from what I hear) and in his place is a kid with a real Texas QB name. That is at LEAST a start. Now if he just has a good arm on him...I'll be a happy Pony. GO MUSTANGS! I’m pretty excited about June Jones being at the helm this year.
