I completely agree. I tried yoga for the first time a few months ago. Unfortunately, the monthly dues are too much for my current budget, but I can't wait until I can afford to go 3 to 4 times a week again. Yoga sounds like it's much more physical than Reiki, but it was a perfect way to get exercise and still just be.

I was going to Sunstone Yoga here in Dallas, and the water class was my favorite. It was a variation on their popular fire class that allowed me to focus on myself and force myself NOT to think. I think way too much, and those thoughts run away with me. They also cause me to not do the poses as well as I would like, so in order to get the most out of my practice, I had to shut out everything and everyone, including myself.

Everyone's different, but I definitely agree that we all need to take a step back and reevaluate where we're headed. Is the 6 figure salary really that important if you never have the time to enjoy the luxuries it affords you? I'd much rather make less, have less debt which translates into less to worry about and just be happy. I'm tired of trying to keep up with the Jones'.
